Baby Raccoon Season: No Extra Charges for Humane Care
When a mother raccoon has dependent babies, removal can take longer than expected. Sometimes the family leaves within a few days. Other situations require additional monitoring and return visits, and occasionally the babies need more time to mature before they can safely follow their mother out.
We will not increase your accepted removal or exclusion price simply because humane family removal takes longer or requires additional return visits.
Whether the agreed removal takes days or several weeks, we honor the accepted price for that work. Unrelated repairs, additional services or a separately approved scope are quoted independently.
One-Year Warranty & Renewable Protection
Qualifying raccoon exclusion includes a one-year warranty on the completed covered work after the animals are out, the approved openings are permanently closed and the process is completed.
Qualifying broader exclusion and Full Home Protection work may be eligible for annual renewal through the Renewable Lifetime Wildlife Protection Warranty. Coverage applies according to the written agreement.
