Wildlife behavior is not always predictable. A disturbed mother may move her kits into an inaccessible part of the structure. When the kits cannot be safely reached or relocated, the humane answer may be to let them mature until they can follow their mother through the one-way.

The Warranty Begins When the Opening Is Closed
The starting one-opening service includes a one-year warranty on the covered work after the raccoons are out, the opening is permanently closed and the process is completed.
Qualifying broader exclusion and Full Home Protection work may be eligible for annual renewal under the Renewable Lifetime Wildlife Protection Warranty. Whole-house coverage does not automatically apply to portions of a structure that were not included in the purchased scope.

If the kits move into an inaccessible area, the humane solution may require additional time until they can follow their mother out. Additional maternity monitoring and trips do not increase the accepted written price.
Does the $945 starting price include sealing the entire house?
No. It covers the complete removal and protection process for the first active entry point. Every additional entry point or construction vulnerability is evaluated and priced separately according to the home’s construction, then included in the upfront written proposal.
Does the starting price include removing raccoon droppings?
