7+ years average team-member tenure—and growing
One team from first call to final follow-up
Different Roles. One Standard of Care.
Wildlife problems involve more than one visit. Our team shares information across inspection, service and client care so homeowners receive clear communication throughout the process.
Inspection and Education
We listen to what you have experienced, inspect accessible areas, document important findings and explain the options supported by the home.
Removal and Protection
Our service team carries out the approved wildlife-resolution, exclusion, repair and cleanup plan with respect for the home and wildlife.
Communication and Follow-Through
Our office and operations team coordinates scheduling, answers questions, supports follow-up and helps keep every project moving.
Meet your inspector
Kayla
Kayla brings a well-rounded background from working in nearly every part of the company. Her experience includes hands-on fieldwork, office operations and customer communication, giving her a practical understanding of the full wildlife-service process.
For the past three years, she has focused on full-time inspections throughout the Oklahoma City metro. She is known for attention to detail, clear explanations and helping homeowners confidently understand what is happening in their homes.
Kayla’s role is not to pressure homeowners. It is to document what she can safely observe, explain the findings and help each customer understand the available next steps.

Owner and local leadership
Brad McKey
Brad grew up in East Oklahoma City and entered the pest-control and home-service industry at age 20. His career has included different roles, companies and communities, but Oklahoma has remained the center of his work.
He founded True Care Wildlife as an independent, Oklahoma-owned company built around respectful customer service, responsible wildlife resolution, long-term home protection and investment in the local community.
Brad also launched the Local Community Alliance, which connects local contractors and service businesses with trusted nonprofits that need practical support.
