Renewable Lifetime Wildlife Protection Warranty

Full Home Protection Plan
At True Care Wildlife, we believe wildlife problems should be solved with long-term protection — not temporary fixes.
Our Full Home Protection Plan is designed to help protect homes from recurring wildlife problems through professional inspection, humane removal, structural sealing, and ongoing maintenance.
That’s why qualifying exclusion services are backed by our Renewable Lifetime Wildlife Protection Warranty.
This warranty is designed specifically for Oklahoma homes, where weather, aging materials, seasonal expansion, settling, and contractor work can create new wildlife vulnerabilities over time.
Warranty Coverage
Qualifying exclusion and home protection services include:
- Initial 1-Year Wildlife Protection Warranty
- Full Home Protection Coverage for the structure as inspected, sealed, and protected by True Care Wildlife at the time of service
- Follow-up service for qualifying wildlife re-entry issues
- Eligibility for Renewable Lifetime Coverage through annual renewal inspections
If wildlife re-enters the structure during an active warranty period, True Care Wildlife will return to inspect and address the issue according to the terms of this agreement.
Renewable Lifetime Coverage
After the initial warranty period, homeowners may renew coverage annually for $199 or 10% of the original job total, whichever is greater.
As long as the warranty remains active through annual renewal inspections, qualifying homes remain eligible for continued lifetime protection coverage.
Each annual renewal includes:
- Full exterior wildlife inspection
- Inspection of previously protected and sealed areas
- Evaluation for settling gaps or developing vulnerabilities
- Up to $199 in preventative repair work related to normal settling, aging, or shifting
- Continued active wildlife protection coverage
This proactive inspection process helps maintain long-term protection as homes naturally age and settle over time.
Rodent Warranty Conditions
True Care Wildlife specializes in professional rodent exclusion and full-home sealing systems designed to help prevent mice and rats from entering the home.
For rodent warranty coverage to remain valid, homeowners must maintain reasonable sanitation and prevention conditions inside and around the property.
Rodent warranty coverage may be denied, limited, or voided if conditions exist that significantly contribute to ongoing rodent activity, including but not limited to:
- Exterior doors being routinely left open
- Garage doors being left open for extended periods
- Accessible food sources left inside or outside the home
- Unsecured pet food or bird seed
- Excessive clutter or hoarding conditions
- Unsanitary conditions that support rodent nesting or feeding
- Failure to correct conditions specifically identified during inspection
While True Care Wildlife can professionally seal and protect a home from exterior rodent entry, continued access to food, shelter, or open entry opportunities may contribute to recurring rodent activity beyond the scope of structural exclusion work alone.

Roofing & Contractor Work Policy
Roofing, siding, solar, gutter, HVAC, and exterior contractor work commonly disturbs wildlife exclusion materials and protected areas.
If contractor work is performed after wildlife exclusion services are completed, homeowners must notify True Care Wildlife.
If exclusion work is altered, removed, damaged, or compromised by another contractor, homeowner, or third party, repairs required to restore protection are not covered under warranty and may require additional service charges.
Failure to notify True Care Wildlife of contractor work may void affected portions of the warranty.
Warranty Renewal & Lapse
This warranty remains active only while renewal inspections and renewal payments remain current.
If the warranty lapses or expires, coverage immediately ends.
Previously completed exclusion work may require re-inspection, updated repairs, or requalification before coverage can be reinstated.
Transferability
Qualifying warranties may be transferable to a new homeowner within 30 days of property sale, pending inspection approval and renewal payment.
