Who Receives a Free Home Inspection?
Free residential inspections are available to homeowners who live in the home within our regular service area.
Rental properties, landlord requests, tenant requests, commercial properties and locations outside the normal service area are not automatically eligible for a free inspection. Call us and we will explain the applicable inspection or travel charge before scheduling.
What Should You Tell Us?
- Where you heard, saw or smelled the activity
- When it happens and how often
- Whether an animal is currently inside a living area
- Any visible hole, damage, droppings or tracks
- Whether you own and occupy the property
- The city and type of building
You do not need to identify the animal before contacting us. That is part of what a professional wildlife inspection is designed to determine.
A Clear Three-Step Path Forward
Tell Us What Is Happening
Call or submit the secure request form with the property and wildlife details you know.
We Confirm the Next Step
Our team reviews the concern, service location and inspection eligibility, then explains scheduling.
Understand the Property
A specialist identifies the animal, activity, damage and entry points so you receive a clear written plan.
See how this continues through the True Care Home Protection Standard™.
Removal, Exclusion and Cleanup
True Care Wildlife handles nuisance wildlife including raccoons, squirrels, mice, rats, bats, skunks, opossums, armadillos, snakes and certain nuisance birds.
We work in attics, walls, crawlspaces, chimneys, garages and areas beneath decks, sheds and porches. Services can include humane removal, entry-point repair, contamination treatment and attic cleanup or insulation restoration.
Situations That Need a Different Resource
We do not handle stray dogs or cats, and we do not rehabilitate injured or orphaned wildlife. Contact the appropriate municipal animal-control agency for domestic animals or a licensed wildlife rehabilitator for injured and orphaned wildlife.
If a bat may have touched a person, contact a healthcare or public-health professional before releasing it. For an immediate threat to human life, contact emergency services.
Before You Request Service

Do you offer free wildlife inspections?
Free home inspections are available to homeowners who live in the home within our regular service area. Rental, tenant, landlord and commercial requests are not automatically free.
Can tenants request an inspection?
A tenant may contact us, but property authorization and inspection charges may apply. We recommend coordinating with the property owner or manager.
What cities do you serve?
True Care Wildlife serves Oklahoma City and surrounding metro communities. Visit our service-area page or call to confirm availability for the property address.
Do I need to know which animal is present?
No. Tell us the sounds, location, timing, odor, droppings or damage you have noticed. Our inspection process is designed to identify the likely animal and how it is interacting with the building.
